Skills & Qualifications

A University degree in Law (LLB)

Qualifying certificate in Law (BL)

Minimum of three (3) years working experience after call to the Bar.

Experience in litigation particularly commercial litigation

An in-depth appreciation of commercial transactions and corporate practice

Familiarity with legislation and case law, including recent changes

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven experience practicing as a lawyer

Strong time management and organizational skills

Good IT skills and competency

Professional attitude and strong personal ethics

Detail-oriented

Accredited LLB degree & Licensed to practice law in Ghana
